会場のご提案

Proposal of exhibition hall / gallery

作品、作風、ご予算に合わせたギャラリー・美術館等の
展示会場のご提案をさせていただきます。

We will propose you an exhibition hall such as gallery,
museum that is most suitable for your artworks, style of art and budget.

契約代行

Agent service for exhibition contracts

展示会場とのレンタル契約における
見積り依頼や契約の代行を致します。

We will carry on the contract procedure including the estimation for renting the exhibition hall.

梱包 / 輸送 / セッティング

Packing / Transportation / Installation

梱包作業、国際輸送を含む運送全行程の手配、展示会場への搬入、設営作業を行います。

We will take care of the all of the transfer including international shipment, emplacement to the exhibition hall, set up, and display.

PRツール、略歴、作品キャプションなどの翻訳制作・サポートを致します。

We provide supports for translation and making PR tools, biography, printing and captions of your artworks.

開催 / ご報告

Opening of the Exhibition / Reporting

展示会場の様子や来場されたお客様の反応などをご報告致します。

We put importance on reporting how the exhibition was held, the setting, and the reaction of the customers who visited the exhibition.

レセプションの手配や通訳可能な現地スタッフの手配などをサポートさせていただきます。

There are supports for reception arrangements.
Also, arranging staffs that are able to act as translators is one of the services we provide.

搬出 / 作品のご返送

Transportation service / Returning the artworks back to the Artists

展示会場からの作品撤去、搬出、作品のご返送を致します。

We take care of the cleaning from the exhibition hall, transporting the artworks, and returning them to you safely.
